Shipping & Returns

We deliver Monday-Friday.

Orders must be placed before 3pm for UK Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event you find that your products are not suitable, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all goods sold. This warranty period starts from the date of sale.

We are also pleased to offer a repair service for products that are out of the warranty period. Please contact our support team on sales@gadgetbag.co.uk for quotations.

If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation) we will always offer you a repair, exchange or refund. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service.

Postage to the Gadget Bag repairs / distribution centre is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail.

No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post and a claim will be made to the appropriate courier service

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have intense dirt marks or cigarette smoke on.

How to make a return

To return your item(s) follow these steps: 

1. Notify us of your return within 14 days by contacting our support team using email: sales@gadgetbag.co.uk

3. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 days.
